This guide explains how UAE fuel prices are decided in general terms. It does not predict any future price.

The monthly review

The UAE Fuel Price Committee reviews prices once a month. The review is linked to global oil and fuel prices, so when global prices move, the local monthly price can move too. The exact formula and meeting details are matters for the official announcement; this site does not invent them.

Announcement and start date

Prices are usually announced at the end of each month and apply from the 1st of the next month. The same announced prices apply in all emirates, as general information. This site records each announced month in its data file and shows the latest month on the home page.

What this site does not do

This site does not forecast, estimate, or suggest what next month's price will be. If a month is missing from the data file, it is shown as a gap. Always check the official announcement for the month you need.
